Telegram groups are used for communication with partners and their representatives. However, Telegram does not provide the same role-based access controls as the Partner Portal.

To keep request processing consistent and secure, Telegram requests are handled according to the user’s assigned Telegram role. This ensures that actions requested in Telegram match the level of access the user has in the Partner Portal.

This policy explains how Telegram roles work and which requests can be processed for each role.

== Roles ==

There are three Telegram roles:

* RO — Read Only
* RW — Read / Write
* EX — Execute

=== RO — Read Only ===

Users with the RO role can request and receive information only.

They are allowed to ask for information about services, domains, statuses, and general procedures.

Users with the RO role cannot request any action that changes service data, domain data, company data, or service status.

=== RW — Read / Write ===

Users with the RW role have all RO permissions and can also request standard domain management actions.

Allowed actions include:

* Domain renewal
* WHOIS updates
* Nameserver changes
* DNS/resource record updates
* Other standard domain management actions

RW users cannot request high-risk or critical actions, including:

* Domain deletion
* Domain transfer
* Any changes to company data
* Other critical operations

=== EX — Execute ===

Users with the EX role have full access.

They can request all RO and RW actions, as well as critical operations, including domain deletion, domain transfer, company data changes, and any other available actions.

== Default Access Rules ==

If at least one user in a Telegram group has an assigned role, any user without an assigned role is treated as RO by default.

== Request Processing Rule ==

Each request received in a Telegram group is processed according to the user’s assigned Telegram role.

If the requested action is not allowed for the user’s role, the request cannot be processed until the user’s role is updated or the request is confirmed by an authorized C-level representative of the partner company.

== Notes ==

C-level representatives of the partner company can request any role changes and retain full authority to approve actions within the partner account.

Role changes can be requested directly in the Telegram group.
