Registrar Lock on your domain means that any changes in the domains settings and details are currently blocked by us- your Registrar.
It is visible as blue lock sign at your domain management panel:
This lock can be applied on your domain for various reasons, such as involvement of the domain in the illegal activities, failed registrant email verification or reviewing under the UDRP case.
