If someone has stolen your domain name(s) from your account at Pananames, you need to perform the following actions:

1) Immediately change the password for your email box which your domain name(s) have as the registrant email.

2) Immediately change the password for your email box which your account at PanaNames has.

3) Immediately change the password for your account at PanaNames.

4) Contact and inform a new registrar of your domain name(s) about the unauthorized transfer of your domain name(s) as soon as possible providing the evidence that the unauthorized transfer took place. Start investigation process.

5) Contact and inform our registrar customer support at support@pananames.com or abuse@pananames.com about the unauthorized transfer of your domain name(s) as soon as possible. Please write from the email which stands for your account at PanaNames providing the evidence that the unauthorized transfer took place.

6) After receiving necessary documentation from you we will start the investigation process.

Also as an additional option there is a special Transfer Complaint Form: https://forms.icann.org/en/resources/compliance/complaints/transfer/form
This form allows Internet users to submit a complaint to ICANN regarding Unauthorized transfer of a domain name.
